Microsoft take notice, this is what happens to a laptop on a slow metered internet connection, that gets caught in a loop trying to download the Creator Update. Look closely and you can see where the customer slammed down the lid in frustration, damaging the screen.
I brought the little PC home and was able to get into the PC and uninstall the Creator upgrade advisor and was then able to download and install the Creator Update, which took almost 5hrs on my internet connection. It is working well now.
