When I open the Setting Option and select Compose and layout, scroll to the bottom and unselect Show selected replies (saving), it reappears checked the next time I login. See attachment. Is anyone experiencing this problem, Mindblower!

Hey MB,
So, correct path is Outlook Settings > Compose and Reply > Show suggested replies.
Yes, just checked in my Outlook.com and it's the same here. Even when clicking the "Save" button after deselecting that option, Outlook.com restarts with the option selected again.
