Hey MK - I hadn't actually come across this before but a quick search around the net suggests it may be a bit of a pest to try and get rid of. There are some steps we can try but we need some further information first; What operating system is involved (e.g. XP, Vista, etc.)? Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
The reason we need to know that is the various OS's and versions differ slightly with labels, the procedure is the same just some of the location names are different. It is much simpler for us to give one set of instructions which are OS and version specific rather than a number of alternatives covering each possibility.
Cheers....JIM
