Hello,
Last week I shot a job (200 pix) with my Panasonic FZ35. All photos will be fairly small when printed. It would have been a great help if I could have viewed live so I could see the small adjustments I was making in front of the camera.
Camera has a USB connection and a HDMI connector.
What will I need to do as I have suggested?
Thanks all
Hey CT - Coincidentally, I have the exact same camera!

Sorry mate, not sure what you mean by that. Could you please expand and clarify?
Cheers...Jim
Hey CT,

Yep, look forward to that mate.
Sorry for the late reply, been so busy. School holidays here and we have grandchildren staying, 2 little boys...nuff said?
Anyway, yes you can use the FZ35 for live viewing. But you need a little extra hardware, a USB capture device - I have this one here: http://www.spotit.com.au/buy/39128_Lead ... ditor.aspx
As you can see, they are not too expensive.
It has a USB connection on one end and red, white and yellow AV connections on the other. The other cable, from the camera, should have been included in the accessory pack - one end connects to the digital/AV outlet on the side of the camera and the other end has the 3 corresponding color coded AV jacks.
You can also achieve the same thing via HDMI cable, if you have an HDMI input on the monitoring device.
HTH
Cheers...Jim
Here's a page of images. They are low res for faster load times and have not been sharpened.
Thanks for the help.
