I see you're taking it nice and slow (so as to not lose any newbie who's not used this software), which is good. I'll have to wait for the juicy options and print section. BTW, any clues as to how many parts, Mindblower!

Apologies for not replying sooner. I get distracted and don't look very often at the forum. I hope the current newsletter gives you some ideas. Irfanview is a remarkable viewer/editor for freeware, which is only part of why I donate to keep it going.
Articles about digital photography in a computer newsletter are a bit of a challenge. I want to get users interested in doing as much as they are prepared to try, but not overwhelm them with too much information. If this was a photography newsletter, I could safely assume the readers are generally versed in the field. Photo articles for DCT may be a bit general, but are never meant to bore anyone.
I plan to cover different things in future newsletters. The short list includes shooting in RAW, HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging, field photography, flash effects, shooting for eBay and others. I hope you enjoy them.
