Part 2 is finally here....again, apologies for the delay folks.[/size:3jsjyjv3]

A festive season gift from Daves Computer Tips to you, our loyal members. This contest will now run until 00.01 on 23rd January, 2011.[/size:3jsjyjv3]

Exclusively for Daves Computer Tips members!![u:3jsjyjv3] 50 FREE licenses for WinX DVD Ripper Platinum[/u:3jsjyjv3] from Digiarty (normally $45.95ea)........thank you Digiarty!![/color:3jsjyjv3][/size:3jsjyjv3]

[b:3jsjyjv3]WinX DVD Ripper Platinum:[/b:3jsjyjv3][/size:3jsjyjv3][/url:3jsjyjv3]

[quote:3jsjyjv3]WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is an ultimate DVD ripper software capable of ripping the content of DVDs to a wide range of mainstream video formats, such as AVI, MP4, MPEG, WMV, MOV, FLV, 3GP, etc. Users can also painlessly rip DVD (including encrypted DVD) to iPhone, iPod, iPad, iTouch, Apple TV, Zune, Mobile phone, Sony PSP, Zen, etc.

This DVD ripping software brings you the fastest DVD ripping solution in market thanks to the cutting-edge technology to support Multi-core CPU (maximally 8-core processor), Hyper-threading and the newest CUDA. Moreover, the built in revolutionary backup feature enables you to directly copy DVD to hard drive and USB with original Video, original 5.1 Channel AC3/DTS Dolby Audio within 5 minutes (the processing time also depends on your CPU and DVD driver speed).[/quote:3jsjyjv3]

WinX DVD Ripper Platinum really is a great product. There are several key factors that make it stand out from the rest:

1) [b:3jsjyjv3]Ease of Use[/b:3jsjyjv3]: As with other WinX software, WinX DVD Ripper comes with an extremely intuitive GUI, the clearly labeled buttons simplify the process to such an extent that even the novice can be up and running in no time at all.

No complicated configuring, everything is ready to go right out of the box. Mind you, there is plenty under the hood for the enthusiast too!

2) [b:3jsjyjv3]Speed[/b:3jsjyjv3]: Anyone who has ever worked with DVD/video knows it can be a time consuming process and this is another area where WinX DVD Ripper shines......it is very quick!!! The average rip, for me, took around just 20 minutes or so....a remarkably fast time.

3) [b:3jsjyjv3]Quality[/b:3jsjyjv3]: Even though WinX DVD Ripper is very fast it certainly does not lose any points for quality output. Even when compression is high, the output files still maintain a very high quality.

Ease of use, speed and top quality output....a rare combination indeed!!

[u:3jsjyjv3]Extract from recent review on CNet.com[/u:3jsjyjv3]:
[quote:3jsjyjv3]WinX wins the day!! It blazed through a rather long DVD in just 22 minutes, and a slightly shorter DVD in a mere 15 minutes...an amazing time.

Ultimately, if you want a fast, effective, and user-friendly DVD-ripping solution, WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is definitely the way to go.[/quote:3jsjyjv3]

I often see giveaways for Winx DVD Ripper, but never tried to get a full version with a license. I wonder why they
give it away so often? Count me in please.

Hi;
I've been looking for an easy-to-use DVD ripping program so I can put some of my DVDs onto my hard drive and watch movies while traveling. Sounds like this one is a winner! I hope I can get lucky and win a license.
Thank you in advance.

The multi-core processor support really makes a huge difference in video processing time.

ps. you have a spelling error in the original post - you put [b:2vs9z157]loose[/b:2vs9z157] (opposite of tight) where you meant [b:2vs9z157]lose[/b:2vs9z157] (opposite of win).

Count me in. Thanks!

On occasion I want to convert a video to watch on my Pocket PC, but the free stuff does not work all of the time.
