Got Dave's email reminder - wait, I think I said the same thing last time .
Anyway, I'll take my chances.
I currently use an older version of WinRAR which I got through a magazine. I've used (and still do) some of the alternatives (free and commercial), but as Dave says, WinRAR has the most/ best features. And no one could argue that the RAR format does offer one of the best compressions, if not the best. Dave covered pretty much anything I could say about WinRAR, so I won't bore you by repeating it.
Would be extremely nice if I could get a license for the latest version.

I am human
Hi All,
I am a Computer Specialist among other pursuits. I love research of all sorts. I am also very much an animal person. Yeah, love music big time.
I receive a lot of zip files amongst other types. I would so appreciate this program! It would make life with PCs easier. Any crumb that can help with these wayward children (computers) would be better than great!
Thanks,
