First Hello All,
I am running a windows xp home machine
Celeron 430 cpu 1.80 GHz With 512 DDR-2 ram.
My question is about a peice of software I am running called Media Monkey Gold.
My problem is I have a 30 GB Ipod 2nd Gen connected to my system by firewire.
I ripped about 175 MP3 to my hardrive using media.
I added the 175 songs to my ipod no problem.
When I went back to add about another 75 mp3 to my ipod .
The problem is whin I added the 75 mp3 to the Ipod The 1st 175 had beed delated.
Iam not sure what I am doing wrong.
I have tried to contact the software vender. No Help.
I hope someone will be able to help.
Thanks Wildcatman

Welcome to the forum Wildcatman. Glad to have you here!

I haven't personally used that program, but is sounds like there may be an additional step needed to get the music on the iPod. Kind of a cue type thing, if that makes sense. Sort of like all music you selected was moved into a cue in the program and there is a button or command you need to click to start the actual transfer.

I'm just throwing it out there. Maybe it may spark an "AH-HA" moment. Hopefully someone else will jump in here with a better answer!

Dave,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have looked for some kink of cue sheet.
I am not able to locate anything like that.
I had just read on the internet about how much folks liked Media Monkey to transfer music to an ipod.
Maybe someone on the form will be able to help.
Thanks Wildcatman

Hey Wildcatman - I don't wish to steer you away from this excellent forum but in a case like this, where specialist software is involved it may be better to pose the question on the specific software's forum.
Here is a link to the official Media Monkey forum, just register and ask away:
