Quick question, if you run Spyshelter Persona free and Winpatrol free together on the same computer, will they conflict with each other ?
I asked Spyshelter Support if they were compatible and they told me to just try it and if there's no problem , then they're compatible. Not much help in my opinion, so I turn to the great minds at Daves for some help. Thanks.
Hey Claw - It's always difficult to predict with any degree of certainty what conflicts may occur between different security products. An educated guess is probably the best you are going to get from anyone who has never run the two side-by-side.
Personally, I seriously doubt there would be any conflicts between Spyshelter and Winpatrol, they are different types of security products involving different areas of protection and monitoring.
That said; there is always an outside chance of a crossover. As suggested by Spyshelter support, trial and error is often the only way to be 100% certain.
