Does anyone have any experience with this program?
Supposedly it allows you to download video clips from the internet (plus several other interesting features). However, downloaded videos have green typed words across the top several lines deep that interferes with the video presentation. Is there anyway to eliminate this?
I have contacted Replay Customer Service 4 times but they ignore my emails. You would think for $50 they would do a little better than ignore me.

It sounds like the program isn't registered and is putting a watermark over the video.
Try Help>About and see if the program shows it's registered. If not, you may have to try to enter your serial key into the program.
