I am using QuickBooks Pro 2010 to manage my business. Hubby is actually the one that does the entering, pays the bills...I thought he was backing it up, but apparently not.
He went to log into QuickBooks and it starts to open the program than it locks up and says not responding. This is running on a Windows 10 laptop. I have already installed the QB software on another machine but looked thru file explorer and cannot find any files with the qbb file extension. (Quickbooks backup) Do I need to start from scratch on another machine or is there something I can do to get my old QB data off this other laptop?
