eSearchy is a new (to me anyway) service to help protect privacy and maintain anonymity:

eSearchy's system of encrypting and re-routing searches has the effect of slowing down the whole process somewhat but the delay is not too bad and certainly worth the short wait, especially if anonymity is the main goal.
