The numbers of Cloud based applications are certainly on the rise. There are already quite a few photo/image editing tools available online, but this one (Pixlr) is definitely well above average.

Pixlr is a full featured image editing and post transformation tool. I love it.
I have used my XP-Pen Drawing Pad many times before on the Pixlr photo editor. Specially when using the brush tool in Pixlr.
If you've never used a tablet before, I highly recommend them.
