There's nothing to download or install, simply:

1) Fire up your web browser and access the PDF Escape site.
2) Upload the PDF file and perform the requisite actions.
3) Download the results.

PLEASE NOTE: I would not recommended uploading highly confidential documents to any online service. Apart from that one reservation however, this would appear to be a perfect solution for occasional PDF editing.
