Hi,

When several programs are started at the same time they all begin executing immediately. This will sometimes cause my computer to run at near 100% CPU usage. Also, there are times when one program will depend on the successful completion of another. I am looking for a utility that can accept these programs and execute each one after the previous one has completed.

Hey Richard - Haven't used anything like that myself but I had a look around and all roads lead to a software called 'Batch Runner'. Looks like it is open source freeware and sounds as though it will do the job for you. Although, there may be a learning curve, depending on your level of computer proficiency.
