I purchased this program several days ago. Then I realized my tab key no longer works in Windows Mail. It works on my browser and it works in Open Office, but not in Windows Mail. It will tab to the right, but will not tab down. I've been Googling to try and find an answer.

Then tonight I was in WM and KeyScrambler froze. As soon as that happened I was able to use my tab key. I had to restart WM, which cleared and activated KeyScrambler so I'm back to no functioning tab key.

If anyone can help me with this, please advise. I use Vista Home Premium.

Thanks!

I can't find anything on their site that allows me to see the program options, or any FAQ, but right click the programs icon in the Taskbar and choose Options. There should be some option in there that allows you to disable certain keys so the program doesn't alter their behavior.

The only thing under the options that I didn't understand was the screenshot I have attached. Is there something here that I should have checked or unchecked? There is nothing about disabling certain keys.keyscrambler.JPGImage Enlarger

I truly have no idea. I haven't used the software and can't find any specific answer on their site. Have you contacted them? I'd be interested to hear they're response. Who know's, they might be aware of the issue and have an easy fix!

I had contacted them and they didn't get back to me. So I finally contacted them again yesterday and pointed out that I'd been waiting 2 weeks for some kind answer. They did get back to me. They said they are working on it but haven't been able to reproduce it ... Because "KeyScrambler doesn't actually encrypt the Tab key at all, so it actually shouldn't affect the Tab function."

Like I explained in my initial post, I KNOW it was KeyScrambler because when it froze that time, I had to close it down to remedy that and then my tab key in Windows Mail worked. As soon as I opened KeyScrambler it was right back to not working.

I wanted to let you know their answer since you were kind enough to respond to my post.
