I am sorry this was not answered sooner, I was just reviewing some posts and saw this question. There is no need to migrate to Outlook. If you have Office 365 you already have Outlook and you already have a Microsoft Account. If you decide you no longer wish to have Office 365, you still have your Microsoft Account and therefore your Outlook account. Outlook is the only app withing 365 that is offered free online exactly like Gmail or Yahoomail.
If you have another email service like gmail, you can direct it to Outlook as an account and view, send and receive from within Outlook.
Hope this is what you were looking for.

If you are migrating from G Suite to Office 365, help users get started quickly and get started easily with the transition guides to Office 365. That will be easier.
