I am the family go to guy for computer problems. I am a self taught google fiend. I have used Glary Utilitys Free for some time. I think it is an excellent program.I hope to receive a copy of the Pro version.

Hey Murphy - I have referred this to Dave for follow up.
In the interim; do you employ any spam filtering, either locally (installed on the computer) or via your ISP? If so, please check in the spam folder on your computer and/or in your ISP account/mail settings.
I'm certain it won't be a problem to re-send the personal message with the license number but we need to make sure that what possibly happened to the original message does not also happen to any follow up message.
Don't worry mate.......you [i:380ptk1k]will[/i:380ptk1k] get your license number.

Yes, you should have received a Private Message with the license key. PM's are similar to email, but are on the forum. Basically a way to send messages to each other that are private and not viewable by other users.
PM's are accessed in the User Control Panel at the upper left of the screen.
I've sent another PM containing your license key to your inbox!

Thanks goes to Dave for helping me sort out the password problem. I've now activated the software and pretty happy with it.
