Hello to all here at this forum. I was deleting a game the same way I all ways have but this time all my desktop icons went away too. I'm not that good at computers
so I went to Win8_OS main folder then opened the desktop folder and all the short
cut icons are still there and they still work. So I tried to get them back on desk top
but nothing I tried worked.
So I hope some one can tell me what steps I have to do to get all the Icons back on to the desktop? Like they used to come up when I started the computer, but now there's nothing on the desktop. Please help me with this so I can use my windows 8.1?

If you are talking about the icons that are usually displayed on the desktop then do this. Right click on the desktop choose personalize/change desktop icons and see if the ones are checked that you want to display. You can also use that desktop folder and right click on a shortcut and choose the send to desktop as a shortcut. Hope this helps.
