AVG Free for home, AVG Pro for business.

McAfee and Norton/Symantec have gone to the dogs.
We have seen way too many PC's that were thoroughly infected while running McAfee and Norton or Symantec products.
Uninstalled them (which often requires Registry cleanup too), and installed AVG.
AVG found all the problems the others did not prevent *or* clean, and AVG removed them.
I've not seen one PC get infected while running AVG.

I really hate virus software. Some of it should be called bloatware.

Would not be without KIS (2014) and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Premium), Mindblower!

I have used all of the following: Panda, AVG-FREE, Avast, Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, Microsoft Security Essentials.

As I tell my customers AntiVirus is not a guarantee you will never get a Virus. It depends on whether you keep your Virus Definitions up to date and run scans. I use Avast these days.

I also use MalwareBytes for malware/spyware. I used to use AdAware & SpyBot, but no more.

I use Kaspersky Anti-Virus Pro, Emsisoft Anti-Malware Pro, SuperAntiSpyWare Pro and first and foremost, my own vigilance on the Internet, and common sense in thoroughly checking a product/description/page buttons/download source before downloading software, and awareness of content on each downloading page.
Using strong, long passwords, changing them regularly and assessing email, especially from unknown sources and checking the email source before opening.

All the above works for me .... Wink

Avast Free, Mbam, SpywareBlaster, WinPatrol, SAS, on my personal PC, and AVG Free, Mbam, SAS, on my "play around" PC. I also use Linux Sabayon live from a usb drive , just for fun.
