I use AVG right now. A few years ago it was tops and I could get it pretty cheap. So, I've stuck with it.

AVG 8.0 since they VERY recently fixed some issues. Those long scans and weird, choppy updates sucked. It's better now. If you remember they had a few problems during the initial launch of version 7.

That depends.
On workstations I like AVG Professional
On personal and home machines I like AVG free because it is.... free. I thing AVG probably clogs up the pipes less than most.
On servers though, I go with Symantec simply because they cover so many bases. I think Symantec is definitely the hands-down best for Exchange Server.
