I have free malwarebytes installed along with windows defender on my Dell laptop, win 10 .
It shows that my Virus and threat protection is managed by my organization????
This is my personal computer and i have no"organization" . What does this mean? Am I covered or not?

That message often indicates that a setting has been changed via the Group Policy Editor. Are you running the Pro version of Windows 10?
Is Malwarebytes Free running in Trial mode (with real time protection enabled) or in Free mode (with real time protection turned off)?

What is "it" that is showing that message? Windows Security? Can you please post a screenshot of the message.
Another possibility is that Malwarebytes has turned off Defender's real time protection and, if that's the case, it needs to be fixed asap.
Run Malwarebytes and go to Settings (click on the cog icon), then click and open the Security tab. Scroll down to the Windows Security Center section and turn off the setting to "Always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center" (see attached screenshot). Close Malwarebytes and restart the computer. Let us know if that fixed it.

Malwarebytes is the free version. The button for security center is only available for pro.
Should I uninstall malwarebytes?

Did you try the solution I suggested at the end of my earlier post- to change that setting in Malwarebytes?
Yes, But that setting is only for PRO or paid version . doesnt apply to mine.

Try this; first off I suggest you backup the registry - follow this guide to backup the registry: https://davescomputertips.com/windows-quick-tips-backuprestore-registry/
Next, open an elevated command prompt, copy and paste the following into it and then hit Enter:
REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware
Reboot your computer and see if everything is okay again. Let us know.

I am too chicken to play with registry. I will have to try and find someone to do it.

If that registry entry is deleted it isn't saved anywhere, it's deleted altogether. The backup of the registry is usually saved in Documents. However, you can choose to save the backup anywhere you want. That said, Documents would be fine.
The registry backup is merely a precaution, just in case. It should do no harm deleting that registry entry via the command prompt.
What concerns me is that if Defender is disabled, which it appears to be, then your system is not protected at all.
I'm pretty sure uninstalling Malwarebytes will not fix anything but you could try that if you like. Please see the attached screenshots which might help you with the registry backup:
