If use notice strange behavior on your desktop computer, do not panic. Remove and reinsert your keyboard and or mouse dongle. Check and replace the batteries. I keep seeing (getting) such problems on one computer every few years. No idea why on this computer, but more often it is the dongle which requires a reboot so to speak, Mindblower!
