Recently I experienced this problem. Watching any video using VLC media player, the video keep jumping in time (as if the right arrow key was being pressed repeatedly). The information on the Internet was full of solutions, some extremely silly.
Here are the steps I followed. Checked and replaced the batteries. Used compressed air on the right arrow key and shuck the keyboard upside down. Connected to computer, but fault was still present. Then I left it alone, computer off for a few days and restarted the computer.

To my surprise, the problem disappeared. I can only speculate as to the solution, "Time". I use that key often and might have caused it to stick. Now several days later, I decided to share my experience. Be patient, remain calm, refrain from trying everything right away, Mindblower!
