Using the HP SMART app, when I click on PRINT PHOTOS, and choose a photo from my PC, I get a SIMPLE PHOTO PRINT window. Why does my HP Officejet 4655 not allow me to change the COLOR MODE from MONOCHROME to COLOR in this window? i.e., I select COLOR but when I go back to recheck that it took effect it shows MONOCHROME COLOR.
