Have a problem with no found solutions. A recent flash drive became invisible to all my computers, but is shown in the Disk Management section as Drive 1. An unable to assign a drive letter, and look as the size, of this 32G unit. Hopefully someone has come across this problem and has the solution, Mindblower!

I've had this problem on occasions, which usually means the drive is corrupted, and it's always resulted with me scrapping the USB flash drive.
Are you able to format the drive?

Thank you, Jim. The drive has lasted me a long time. Good that I have plenty of spares.
Yes Richard. Tried various ports on all my computers. The computer dings when the flash drive is installed, so go figure.
On a different note, when I added my comment it displayed right away on the current computer that sent the post, but when I checked back later on another computer the post was not shown. Took several hours before it appeared on the computer, Mindblower!
