Quite honestly Richard, they were great cites to visit years ago. Depending where you go, you might still find them great. Biggest problem are the construction projects. The bridge and tunnel connecting to Montreal are very congested. Downtown Montreal is a traffic nightmare. Very little parking. Many of the great restaurants have closed down. Some due to the pandemic and others due to construction. The city officials delayed major water pipe replacement and now playing catch up. I could go on, but I have not set foot in the city core for over a decade or more. Have fond memories though, Mindblower!
