Consumer Reports came out with their tablet ratings today and named Apple’s iPad the top tablet. The top rating was based on the new iPad’s Retina display, its 5-megapixel camera, long-lasting battery and dependable connectivity to Verizon’s 4G network.
Other highly-rated tablets included the Toshiba Excite 10LE (light and thin), Pantech’s Element (waterproof and the longest-lasting battery for smaller tablets), Sony Tablet P (its dual screen is great for reading and viewing photos) and the Galaxy Tab 7.7 (the first OLED screen in a tablet).
