There is a bit of a twist with this one; in order to get your free license you first need to obtain a passcode by correctly answering a series of questions posed via a cute little video. I am utterly ignorant about games and am unable to understand the Wondershare Video. Can you provide me with any simple plain english drill to go through to qualify for obtaining the password and downloading this interesting program?

I did everything and was sent a registration number, attempted to register but the number is invalid. Plus this is a 30 day trail only. What did I do wrong???
Hey Bob – The software will remain in trial mode until it has been activated using the correct license code/registration number.
Don’t know why the registration number sent to you is coming up invalid – did you type the number in or copy and paste? The best, most reliable method is copy and paste. Please try that and if still not working get back to me and I’ll refer the matter to Wondersoft on your behalf.

tried playing the game and finished it too, but cant find the passcode! where is it ?
Hi Shobha – The passcode comes up on the video screen right at the end. After your answer all the questions correctly, the video then displays the passcode. The passcode is not a series of numbers or random letters, it is proper words. To give you an example; I have completed the game twice, the first time my passcode was ‘steve jobs’, the second time it was ‘gone with the wind’.
