Dave, Try as I might, I cannot get the “Get It Free” button to work. I have tried in 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and I.E.). Nothing happens when I try to click the button as if it is “dead”. Tom
Hi Tom – Are you typing in your name and email address beforehand (just above the ‘Get If Free’ button)? The button will not work until you input that information..

Yes! Tried a few different email addresses thinking it might not take gmail or hotmail. I even tried entering my email address from my ISP which I only use for close friends. Tried it again just now. No Luck! Could it be restricted because my Internet address is not in the U.S.A.?
When I hover over the “Get It Free” button I do not see an address indicated at the bottom of my browser. If I hover over any other button an address is displayed.

Just tried it myself Tom… you are correct, clicking on the button isn’t doing anything.
I’ll contact Wondershare right now, will let you know what happens.

I agree, I doesn’t work. I’ve tried different names ans emails but it is still a con.
It is NOT a “con” rrvau. I know the people at Wondershare and this will be an honest mistake.
Somebody seems to be working on the page. Each time I check the amount of copies available keeps going up. Last checked it was at “Remain:999”.

Johnno – Just tried it again, after reading your message. Typed in my name and email address, clicked on the button and received a popup saying the message had been sent. Received an email with license code and download link about 10 seconds later…. no problem.
