The Photos app now includes a feature to easily remove unwanted elements:
I tested this one, and while it works well with smaller elements, it’s a tad fiddly when working with larger elements. In my opinion, it’s in need of further development.
Snipping Tool Hides Sensitive Information
A new feature in Snipping Tool allows users to hide any sensitive information captured within a screenshot:

BOTTOM LINE:
There are a few useful new features among these. I particularly like the feature to use a smartphone as a webcam, and the ability to remove sensitive information from screenshots is an absolute must.
