It’s one I hadn’t seen before and I found it not only very funny but also quite true:
Presently, I am trying to make friends outside of Facebook while applying the same principles.
Everyday I go down the street and tell every passerby what I have eaten, how I feel, what I did the night before, and what I will do after.
I give them pictures of my friends, my family, my dog, and me gardening and spending time in my pool.
I also listen to their conversations and tell them that I love them.
It works!
I already have 3 people following me – 2 police officers and a psychiatrist.
Sort of puts it all in perspective, doesn’t it.
I’m guessing we all have at least one person in our lives who insists on regaling everyone with useless trivia about mundane events. I have one who will post such riveting snippets as … “Oh dear, I seem to have lost my hairbrush“. Then, an hour later … “Stop worrying, I’ve found it“.
Thank goodness for that, now I’ll be able to sleep at night. 🙂

Cartoon’s are supposed to be humorous but this one also encapsulates the situation’s “scary” aspect too:
