My uncle got in touch with me and said he could upload messages to Facebook on his Android phone but couldn’t upload videos or pictures.
- I suggested restarting his phone first. Sometimes this clears things out – like restarting a computer
That didn’t work so I suggested deleting any cache or temp files.
- Settings –> Apps –> Facebook –> Open Storage and cache -> Select clear all cache and data options (or similar options depending on your version of Android)
That didn’t work so I suggested he go to Settings, Network, Wi-Fi. Find his connection, click on it, then click on Forget or disconnect.
Then click on your connection again and reconnect. This worked.
