Hi Jim, Dont know if you can help. Downloaded Digiarty Macx video converter Pro on 22nd, which was last day before option expired. Unpacked and setup software. Wanted to put in code provided at their site but the software will not load . Have tried to connect to their site but cannot get a response from their contact/ help site. Please, do you have any ideas as to what I may be able to do about this.

Hey Peter – What do you mean by “setup software”? I don’t quite get that bit – do you mean it installed okay but then, subsequently, would not run?
Are you sure you downloaded the correct version; Windows for Windows or Mac for Mac?
