Live Cam #1 – Brown Bears Salmon Fishing in Alaska
Seems this week is developing into a video and cam theme.
I am continually amazed at the sheer number of amazing innovations provided by technology. Live cams is just another example that blows this old geezer’s mind. Fancy sitting in my den of iniquity here in Australia watching brown bears fishing for salmon, live, thousands of miles away in Alaska… awesome!
This HD live cam is situated at Brooks Falls inside Katmai National Park, Alaska. July is apparently the best time to watch the bears fishing, so we are in luck:

Live Cams #2 – Greater Kruger Park, Sth Africa
‘Africam’ actually consists of 6 live cams situated in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in the heart of South Africa’s Greater Kruger Park. Not a heck of a lot of activity but patience will be well and truly rewarded. I’ve just been watching a baby hippo swimming with its Mum… cute as.
