I wrote an article way back, “How to Download a TikTok Video With No Watermark”. If you missed that, here is the link to it:
How To Save TikTok Video With No Watermark
The reason I bring this up is that you can now download your own or other’s videos from TikTok. You can do this right on the app without going through another website. This can be helpful if you want to save these videos to your hard drive or other storage device. Some people like to take videos and create a montage or do some other cool editing with them. Whatever the reason you want to download these videos, I’m here to show you how it is done. Before we get going on this, make sure to check out these other articles I have written about TikTok:

Time to pull out those mobile devices and get this new lesson started.
How To Download TikTok Videos
This will be shown on my Motorola Edge Android phone using the app.
Step 1: Find the TikTok app on your device and tap it.
Step 2: Once on the app, sign in if needed, look to the bottom right, and tap the Profile link.
Step 3: On your Profile, tap on the video you want to save.
Step 4: On the video, look to the bottom right and tap the 3 dots.
Step 5: A menu will appear and from here, look for the Save Video link. Tap it. Now it will download the video to your device. That is how it is done on your own videos.
Now let me show you how it is done on someone else’s.
Step 6: Head back to the home screen of TikTok. Find the video you want to download. On the Video Screen, look to the bottom right of the video. Tap the Share Arrow.
Step 7: As before, the menu will pop up from the bottom. All you need to do now is to tap the Save Video option. Done!
That is how you can download videos from TikTok. All the videos you download this way will have the TikTok logo on it. Also, not all videos will allow you to download them. The person who uploaded the video has to turn that feature on for their video. Time to share your newfound knowledge with the world.
