You may not be aware but you can personalize your iPad lock screen by selecting a wallpaper, having a photo you love, or even changing your fonts every now and then. You can add widgets, too, if you like! And wrap your head around this – you can have two lock screens and alternate between them if you so desire! You can even link your lock screen to a focus (ie., a specific lock screen for when you are at your job)!
Follow the steps below to learn how:
Let’s start with personalizing a new lock screen.
- Press the top button on your iPad two times to go to the Lock Screen.
- Should they not appear, touch and hold your Lock Screen again, then enter your passcode.
- Tap the Add New button to create a new Lock Screen, or to make changes to your Lock Screen, swipe to the screen you would like to change, tap Customize, and Lock Screen.
- If you are creating a new Lock Screen, tap one of the wallpaper options to select it as your Lock Screen.
There will be more in my upcoming posts!
