This is so easy that you will wonder why you have not used it all along. I am certain that you will use it all the time now that you have learned how easy it is!
- Select the cell that has the conditional formatting that you want to copy.
- On your Home tab (or the Standard toolbar in Excel for Mac 2011), click Format.
- Then select the cells where you want to copy the conditional formatting.
