  1. I have enjoy reading your website and articles.
Also started with a Radio Shack; Tandy 1000. Tried for three days to answer the question “Drive C has no volume” until a neighbor taught me how to type in DOS commands.
It kept my records for a company start up, but mainly became a hobby. Now long retired, just use it as a hobby and fix neighbors computers for free. Back then at the start, it amazed me that my neighbors IBM was switching 5 1/2 inch floppies to run his computer and mine had a hard drive. At 82 years old, it keeps my mind active, as the technology never stops growing faster than my mind can keep up.

      Hi Jerry,

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoy them.

      Time sure flies, doesn’t it,
      Richard
