This doesn’t have too much to do with computers or technology, but hey… it is almost Christmas.
To celebrate the holiday season, Lego has built a giant Christmas tree in Sydney, Australia, complete with life-sized, surfboard-wielding Santa and sleigh. The tree, constructed from more than half a million blocks, stands nearly 10 meters (32.8ft) tall – taller than an average two-storey house – and weighs in at 3.5 tons.
The tree, which took 6 months to complete, is the tallest Lego model in the southern hemisphere:
