Absolutely!!
If you have more than one internal HDD, you can allocate the paging file (virtual memory) to any drive of your choosing. In fact, it is generally acknowledged that having the paging file on a separate drive to the operating system makes for improved performance (that is; on a separate drive, not a separate partition).

Conventional wisdom also suggests, even though the primary paging file will be on a secondary internal hard drive, it is best to still allocate [i:2a8mr11f]some[/i:2a8mr11f] space on the main (C) drive for paging file.......300MB seems to be the amount most recommend.
