I have PC, windows 7 with 64 bit and have been facing a following error...."Content Encoding Error.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid

I can get on my PC with VISTA Home Premium and have no problem getting into the
web page that Winn 7 pops up giving the above message. Can click "Try Again" many times, but doesn't let me in. I also tried to restore it but it didn't work.
Moreover, none of the browsers Firefox, Chrome or IE will work on laptop Windows 7 64 bit.
oh yeah, that's simple you can Try it. Just boot your computer in Windows Safe mode but with network support as a test to see if that helps. I hope this will work.
I tried to boot up my PC into the Safe Mode but I couldn't do it because it had some fast boot loaded up.
Hi Alex,
You will have to disable Fast Startup in Windows. If Fast Boot is enabled in your UEFI/BIOS, it will have to be disabled there, too.

Alex, I think the solution to your problem could really be to boot your computer in Windows Safe mode. If fast boot is enabled, then as @Richard suggested, you should disable it.
If that doesn't work, then it might be the Dreaded Ntoskrnl.Exe Error. Now, this Blue Screen of Death Error can be easily fixed. Just read some solutions up in the link and you'll be good to fix Dreaded Ntoskrnl.Exe BSOD.
