Hey John,

The editable text part is pretty easy but I don't believe it's possible to successfully convert a low-res image to hi-def. That said, there are a number of sites that claim to be able to do just that, you can check them out by clicking these links:

https://letsenhance.io/

Your best bet for adding editable text is a screen capture tool with built-in editor, PicPick is probably the best option: https://picpick.app/en/download/

Don't know a lot about vector graphics John. It would depend entirely on what type of image you are working with. Family photos and landscapes, for example, would not lend themselves to converting to vector. Vector graphics are more suited to decals, logos, clipart, tattoos, etc.

Hi John,

You could try Ashampoo as there are a variety of photography apps available and one I saw a few days ago was an app to reduce the blur in photos.
If your interest is in multimedia then you can sign up for their regular newsletter of products, new products and good deals.

https://www.ashampoo.com/en/usd

Trusting you find a solution to your requirements.

Regards,

digitalsynopsis.com and onlinejpgtools.com are the best way to convert poor image quality to a high definition image.
As per my experience.
