I'm the guy around here people call to fix their computers, otherwise I'm always downloading something for realatives/friends, thus the Opera browser gets top votes. If you are talking about just what is built into Windows (XP in my case), Windows Explorer, if you want to consider it a program is what I use the most, getting my vote. Got to manage all that crap I downloads somehow.

I'm in Outlook more than any of the others, but Excel has been my favorite for work for years now. (After Lotus 123 went away.) I can't live with out PDExplorer either. I still haven't found anything as good as XTree though.
