Graphics card upgrade

I have a HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF computer running windows 10.

It has a Intel (R) HD Grphics 4600 that has a hard time running even low level old PC games.

Question....Is there a decent upgrade to a better Graphics Card ( that will fit ) that will noticeably improve performance while not costing me more than the PC is worth ?

Thanks guys, any advice would be appreciated.

Probably any low profile GPU will out do the on board graphics. Your bottleneck will not only be the power supply but also W10, when it comes to playing older games. Go to https://www.newegg.com or https://www.amazon.com and do a search for low profile graphics card. Find one that will run with your PSU specs. Newegg will usually have more spec requirements listed.
