Please note that I did look through each module to make sure that only the things I wanted to be gone were deleted. Cleaning suites such as this can be overzealous and can cause all sorts of ruckus if not used responsibly.

I have found WinOptimizer to be generally safe to use and can recommend it for more experienced users.
